Singapore Yacht Show 2019

For the third year running we attended the Singapore Yacht Show at ONE°15 Marina, Sentosa Cove. (Read our 2017 and 2018 summaries.)

This is a cool milestone. After all this time researching and planning, we met up for the final time with our broker and some of the FP team members as well. This is the first place we originally stepped foot on a Fountaine Pajot and met Andrew from Multihull Solutions, which ultimately sold us on our chosen catamaran. So it’s a fitting return three years later for a celebratory glass of champagne with the team!

Multihulls always puts on a great party which attracts a bunch of people from the industry, as well as people in the same position as us (the crazy type!). The Fountaine Pajot Algeria 67 was also being launched at the show (a monstrous difference in size to our mere 42ft!) which was fun to look around.

It was great to have everyone in town for a catch-up, and we received bags of encouragement, yachty tips and smiles all round. And no doubt we’ll see the teams somewhere in Europe at a boat show soon. But for now it’s thanks for an incredible process Multihull Solutions, and cheers!
