Didim to Datça

From Didim, we zipped past the Greek islands of Kalymnos and Kos on our way down to the southern coast of Turkiye. We were the only ones out there sailing in 30knts, which always makes us wonder if we’d made the right decision! But we were clocking 7-8kts with just a handkerchief of headsail out, and it took only a day of comfortable sailing to reach the Datca Peninsula 45 nautical miles away. And we were gratefully rewarded with this pretty little anchorage and a sky full of stars.
