Bodrum

After checking into Turkey at Bodrum, we dropped the hook for a couple of nights in the big city bay under the 15th Century castle.

And we couldn’t believe it when we happened to anchor next our friends Sergei & Angelika from s/v Luma, whom we hadn’t seen since we were locked down together in Morocco! We promptly invited them over to dinner to catch up on the past two years. You never know who you’re going to run into out on the water!

We spent a couple more days hanging around in the Bay of Bodrum getting our bearings before moving on up the coast. But there’s more to see here, so we’ll definitely be back to explore a little further…
